I Refute any claim that Globacom sacked married women. In as much as I sympathise and empathise with my colleagues who were affected by this restructuring exercise, the notion that Globacom no longer need married women is a Rumour and has no founding. I am married with kids and still working with Globacom and was just promoted during this same exercise. With all Sincerity What I was able to gather as the basis for the restructuring exercise was that staff appraisal on performance was used. Please let's have our facts right! God bless us all and reward us where man failed!
