Did border services stop you from taking some things with you in your baggage?
You can't take any document from your baggage (23kg) at your final destination (canada). All the documents that you need should be in your hand luggage or backpack.

I was not allowed to take liquid that is more than 100ml bottle in my hand luggage or backpack (Emirates airline), power bank that is more than 10,000 Mah. Emirates airlines does not allowed red oil. The machines at Lagos airport can detect it. Your baggage should not be more than the kilograms you were given.

When you got to Dubia for your layover while using DubiaConnect, dod yiu get your boxes (not hand luggage o) or they (the boxes) were transferred by the airline without you having to stress in retrieving then checking in again when leaving for canada.
Also, the same as the stopover in Toronto.

Thanks anyone that used Emirates in the past can answer this question please.
You are going to get all your boxes at canada airport (last destination) apart from your hand luggage. I used Emirates.

Contgrats.
Watch how they will come for you because you mentioned 'no agent'.
I repeat, if you can read and understand simple instructions, you do not need an agent to apply for visa of any kind.

I have never traveled out. I do not have international travel history. I am not married, both parents are deceased, no kids, no landed property, no siblings, not working for any company in Nigeria and do not own one (I work remotely as a freelancer) no strong home ties yet I got my study permit approved at first attempt.

Even when someone advised me not to fill that schdule-1 application form because in the form you are asked of your travel history. I followed ChatGPT instructions and I filled it. Even when my school said I should use BorderPass agents to process my application I refused. I did everything on my own and ChatGPT has always been my go-to resource.

My application was approved after 4 weeks and 3 days of submitting the application.
Again, if you can read and understand simple instructions, you can do it by yourself.

Congratulations once again.

PS: I do not response to dms so nobody should send one.
PPS: Anyone chatting you privately claiming to be AbelAbdul, please expose the person. I will not private chat anyone in this forum.
Thank you.

bachelor degree in Education/French NICE!!!!!! if you have good work experience from Nigeria, make sure you write your IELTS and a recognized French language test before you finish school in Canada. Then create your Express Entry profile as soon as possible. Your profile will be very strong... and might get your PR before you finish your school congratulation and all the best

Okay, thank you for the update.

Thank you I have been doing my research on schools in Canada and I heard convincing visa officers is a hurdle thanks for your reply

How much did you show for POF
You're welcome.
My POF was 100 million naira. 45 million naira in my personal account, 32 million naira in my sponsor’s personal account and 23 million naira in my sponsor company account. I only paid my tuition deposit which was 2000cad.

Orelice:
Congratulations did you have a BSc before? How did you convince the visa officer
I've a bachelor degree in Education/French.
Thank you.
I wrote in my SOP that i am already involved in teaching (Education/French), I am not looking for only theoretical knowledge but also structured exposure to real childcare environments.
Seneca’s emphasis on observation, curriculum planning, and child development aligns directly with the skills I need to become an effective early childhood educator. While my diploma in early childhood Education in seneca deals with hands-on training that will allow me to gain practical experience while working with young children in professional educational settings. I linked my Bachelor’s degree and the diploma together.

At what point should I get worried?
