You are a confirmed sadist. You would have been happy if he ended up on the street homeless. You are sad because of the little breakthrough he had.
Where did he say survival jobs, constant financial pressure and all you listed there were admirable?
If there is anyone glorifying suffering, it is you cos you are sad that someone got a breakthrough otherwise you should have been happy for him.
Even if he isn't where he would like to be today, are you God that knows tomorrow? Can't he get to that financial independence over time? Is this the final bustop for him?

Even the 6months route, I've read on reddit where PAs were asked ADR for 1 year statement if salary doesn't correlate. It's better to upload every trail initially like sales of assets, investment or gift. chimzyblack: Then your proof of funds must have a trail of how it was accumulated. You can't just deposit a large sum few weeks to your application submission and present it as proof of funds. You will get an ADR asking you to explain the source of your money. Either you take the 6months route or you use the Gift Deed option. |

As an international student you are a temporary immigrant.
So tell me how a temporary immigrant will will issued a permanent study permit.

Nothing like permanent study permit for Canada.
You are issued a study permit that expires 90days after your program completion or expires the same date with your international passport. Which ever comes first. |

Oga I'm not in for plenty talk. I've given s/he my bit. Drop yours as well and let the the candidate decide! Ghaliz: I wouldn't speak in absolutes, apps are tricky but if you get the hang and get an actual speaker it can work wonders. Also Cotonou is the worst place bar Lome to do "immersion" for French. Their French is super inflected by their native language, most don't speak a lick of French and when they do it is broken French likely to undo all your hard work. Like I previously stated if you must immerse yourself try Abidjan and/or Daka if going to France is out of the question.
In addition take everything you see online with a pinch of salt, believe nothing don't contact anyone privately, demonstrate extreme scepticism. Don't get scammed. |

Dont be decieved, the honest truth is using social apps is the slowest way to learn speaking. You'll deal with scammers, different time zones, individual daily schedules. You'll lose focus with time. Just go to cotonou for immersion, you'll be amazed at how fast you'll blend because you wouldn't want to sound odd. If you can't afford to stay long, make friends and bargain with them on practicing speaking even when you're in Nigeria. Except you don't plan on writing tcf, then quit apps and face real life. When you're fluent a bit, practice with chat gpt pro for corrections. With this strategy I got C1 for writing and speaking teenah14: I am having issues getting native speakers on Hello Talk, or probably I dont know how to use the app. Also, can you share the prep pack you used from the francophone countries?

How long did you learn? Tcf is fond of this band 9 trap but you also didn't pass CE. I would say don't really rush to retake the exam, so you won't get a repeated result. Just put those jobs in personal history, only claim points with the recent experiences you have and can sufficiently prove Padraic: Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice or insight from people familiar with Express Entry or who may have been in a similar situation.
About 5 years ago, I created an Express Entry profile but never received an ITA, and the profile eventually expired. I no longer have access to that old profile and don’t remember all the details I entered.
Now I’m creating a new profile, and I’ve realized that one of the work experiences I included back then (from 2018) is different from what I’m including now. In my current profile, I’ve listed a role as a Technical Support Analyst, based on my actual records and documents. However, I honestly cannot remember what I had entered for that same period in the old profile. The period in question was quite busy for me. I was fresh graduate and I was doing many things at the same time. I was working full time at a clinic as a tech support analyst, I was also working full time, for a hotel, mostly on sleep-in night shifts (10pm -5am) where I only work if needed (and I am very rarely needed). Both jobs are very different and with different SOC codes. I have never applied for any Canadian visa before.
All my other work history is consistent , it’s just this one job in 2018 that’s different.
My questions are:
Has anyone been in a similar situation where their old Express Entry profile had different information?
Does IRCC actually compare expired profiles with new ones?
Should I be concerned about misrepresentation in this case, even if my current profile is accurate and truthful?
Would it be better to include this job or leave it out, even though it is essential for CRS points?
Any advice or experiences would be really appreciated. Thanks! |

You have to provide extra documentation like employer tax paye filed for you. Bank statements showing you deposited your salary after collecting cash etc Stunningsail: please what if salary was paid in cash? |

Travel › Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by PrettyRX: 1:41pm On Mar 07 |
Imo, bank statements are weightier if one wants to show additional documents because IRCC can see the salary trail. If they didn't specify on tax return for adr, you can use bank statements to easily justify your employment. But if they asked specifically for tax return, you may need to seek a professional consultant as this is complicated to avoid misrepresentation. Switchbuck41: Pay slip |

Na wa o If I may ask what were the initial docs submitted to prove employment apart from the reference letter? Switchbuck41: Hi all, my younger brother got an ADR for tax form. I’m assuming that’s the tax clearance certificate which we have. The problem is the gross annual pay on the tax cert is different from the gross pay at his work place—it’s about 1M more on the tax cert. this is because he self declared his other source of income to the Internal Revenue Service in Ogun state. So from his employer, he earns 120k in a month but he does side gigs: lesson teacher, completes assignments for students in uni for cash payment around 10-11k every month and he declared it for taxes so they’ve just always added it to his primary employer’s tax deduction. But he didn’t declare this to IRCC cos he didn’t want to complicate his application since it’s a cash payment and no proof of it. Should we go ahead to submit the tax cert as requested and wait for an explanation or should we provide an explanation for the discrepancy upfront? I’ve read that putting extra info complicates applications that’s why we’re confused. I’d appreciate any advice pls. Thank you |
