Good afternoon everybody.

I have been taking addyzoa, Vit E, Vit C and zinc supplement to treat low sperm count, low motility and bad morphology. When I started addyzoa a month ago, sperm count was 16.6 million,progressive motility was 35%,non motile was 42%, normal morphology was 23%, abnormal was 72%.

Now after 1 month of taking addyzoa,Vit E, Vit C and zinc supplement, sperm count is 30 million, progressive motility is 15%, non motile is 60%, normal morphology is 4% while abnormal is 96%.

I am still taking addyzoa, vit E, vit C and zinc supplement to continue to improve sperm count but I need suggestions on how to rapidly boost the motility and morphology.

I will really appreciate any advice given.

Thanks mummy. I usually don't take any fertility drugs before becoming pregnant. Am always on folic then when I conceive doc recommend duphaston and vasoprin. I don't know what to do anymore. I just lost another pregnancy yesterday 😭😭😭

Sorry mammy... Dusphaston and vasoprin failed me too... Miscarried more than thrice.... and used primolut duphaton n vasoprin...But dis time around I took vit b6....

Sometin I noticed keenly.... If you are on a drug example .... A fertility drug... And you take in... Do not discard dat drug immediately... Jus do it gradually... Or if it's safe for d baby, continue till second trimester....

Good day beautiful mummies. Pls has anyone done antiphospholipid test before. How much does it cost and where did you do it. I have done almost all the test my doc asked me to do but they all came out normal. Test like fasting blood sugar, tvs ,hormonal assay and thyroid test but yet I kept having recurrent miscarriages. Always Loosing the pregnancy at 6to7 weeks. They always give me vasoprin duphaston in all d pregnancy but i still end up Loosing them. Please I need help. I am seriously going nut. Am now scared of even trying again because of fear. My marriage is almost three years now. Someone should talk to me pls

I have had your experience. What helped was 3 main drugs; Cyclogest insert till 16 weeks.
Clexane injection till about 12 weeks and Vasoprin tablet till 16 weeks. This helped reduce the unknown inflammation that causes the miscarriages. Also start folic acid immediately....These are the 4 drugs I took. I hope this helps.

Also pls hope you dont mind me asking,why are they evacuating for early pregnancy when you can take misoprostol tablets and then do scan later to know if it completely removed?pls only take the recommended dose by your gynae.

Doc said it's save to do evacuation to avoid infection. Even till now my period hasn't come but kept having period pain. Pls can I private chat you?

Good doctors in the house. Please I need a good gynaecologists In Benin. This is what am experiencing.

Am experiencing movement in my stomach as if it's a baby moving. Sometimes I see the movement as its passes from one place to another. And dere is a particular part of the stomach that is paining me whenever I touch it that is, the left and right part of the stomach. Beside that, sometimes I will be having serious constipation whenever I start having pain in d stomach and d stomach will be seriously making noise as if its worm. I hv gone several hospitals nd done scan but all the scans shows that dere is nothing in d stomach. My menstrual cycle still doesn't passes two or three days.

Please help me out pls ....gynaecologists. Thanks in advance
