A Good Website Designer needed for a highly prioritized project with the following features :

1. Website is an Article website, where registered users can submit articles.
2. The best article for the week would be published on the website home page.
3. Website should have a forum where writers and poets can chat and communicate with each other.
4 Website should have a photo gallery and a page for every user that contains all the information of that user.
5. Website should be very colorful, bright and have very good but light graphics.

We want professional webmasters who can handle this project well and deliver in nothing more than 2 months.
