I don buy car for person and we test drive am before payment.
All these things are possible to testing if you're there to monitor physically.
If you're not in that location of the seller, have someone go take a look on your behalf before closing the deal.
Sometimes make we no dey give these dweebs the chance to rip us off our hard earned money + some terms too can be agreed on like a guarantee type thing if that thing dey go far.
