Hello,
I am still disappointed that you are yet to get back to me after several mails to​ you. It appears that I only enjoy the REDMI 3s prime (2GB RAM/16GB ROM) for almost 5 months before​ screen freezed that even a hard reset cannot calibrate the screen anymore.
However, I had tried all your channels ( bbm, Facebook, WhatsApp and your phone contacts 08063799737,0809 947 6057 ) to reach you but all futile and frustrating.
I am regretting bitterly for patronizing such an online store (Kulimart) without any physical trace. It is so painful that even at this time, you can neither be reached nor you reach out to me. It is almost 3 months now and I still can used my phone.
Please, I don't understand how long it takes to upgrade a website and feedback channel for over 4 months now.
I'll be patiently waiting!!!
