Mr Afolabi has once again affirmed that there won't be permanence on nta good morning nigerian today 6/8/18 but there is exit package that will be announced in a few weeks time which include seed capital for those that have the spirit of entrepreneurship and other packages that he didn't mention. Let me explain to you what Mr Afolabi meant by " those with the spirit of entrepreneurship" It simply means those who formed cooperative and was able to start a small business with the money contributed by members are the one that can access this seed capital. This so "seed capital" is not a small money as it runs into millions of naira. The money will be given to groups of volunteers. There is going to be other arrangement for individuals that have the " spirit" as well. This is why Mr. Afolabi will not reveal the plans on exit package until toward the end of the program.
