This guys will destroy Hamas in matter of days. Even Biden is powerless, all Arabian country are powerless, Erdogan called Putin Putin could not do anything.

Israel is a very dangerous country and the stupid Hamas are been controlled by Iran.
Did you know that Israel killed a top nuclear scientist in Iran early this year on Iran soil.

Can you imagine they are destroying this people and they are showing the world how they are killing them. Should Israel intend to commit genocide how brutal would it look like?

And u think by dragging Iran to the play ground won’t erase Isreal from the soil? Don’t joke with a kid who doesn’t have sympathy with bomb.

There is a veil between Nigerian leader and the general populace. The day we all unite to speak one voice, stand up to ask for what's right is the day we will be walking to liberation.

Nigeria is collapsing and we r all acting as if nothing is wrong

I have two assignment for u.
1. Search for the rohingya movement on Google and what everything that has to do with it. How they are exiled from their own country and are roaming Myanmar endlessly now.

2. Start the movement to prevent that from coming. Talk to ur elders and be the change.

One thing I know for sure is 10 years is not enuf for them to take over Nigeria. Once the lifeless one is out, then the next ( if Nigeria still standing) should as a matter of urgency do something bout the one sided security appointment.

Even for a bailable offense, bail is NOT as of right...

Nonetheless, what the Constitution actually provides is that a suspect be informed of his alleged offense within 24 hours in a writing and language he understands (Section 35(2) of the Constitution), and that such a suspect must be brought before a court “within a reasonable time” (Section 35(4)). The Constitution thereafter defines “a reasonable time” as 24 hours, 48 hours or (BEYOND the otherwise mandated 24 and 48 hours) ”such longer period as in the circumstances may be considered by the court to be reasonable” (Section 35(5)(b)). Given that the ongoing JUSUN strike has rendered the courts currently non-functional and therefore Baba Ijesha cannot be presently arraigned before a court of law, it would be deemed “reasonable”, and therefore CONSTITUTIONAL under the provision of Section 34(5)(b), to continue to detain him until the regular re-opening of the courts.

In the interim, any consideration on whether he would be granted an administrative (police) bail would depend on the peculiar circumstances of the case, including whether he poses a flight risk or would likely jeopardize the investigations or case (such as by harassing or intimidating witnesses, etc,). Personally, I think he is presently exactly where he belongs - until a court of law decides otherwise.

Nigerians only follow laws whenever we are at the receiving ends. And it is more funny that some people are supporting this madness all because they are feminists. Dumb mofos

When he was busy fucking an underage girl, what was he expecting, presidential treatment ?.

Bro the case like i said requires critical analysis and believe me it’s a case to be thoroughly studied. However am not justifying Baba Ijesha acts but some power that be is trying to manipulate the whole thing.

Same Cp said it’s a bailable offense, what happened now? Why is he still in detention, he should be granted bail then once JUSUN resume arraign him

This case requires critical thinking/handling.

If truly his acts is bailable, he should be granted bail while he can still be charged to court. Or must the person be in police custody before he can be charged to court ?

This is unlawful detention Mr CP

I have noticed that Nigerians are more likely to call IPOB a terrorist organization for their self defense than they would call Boko Haram for their mindless murders and destruction. And, I ask, why are Nigerians not ashamed that a group they proscribed locally is being granted asylum in the UK and free operation in the US while a group that their government protects locally (Fulani herders) are proscribed globally? Doesn't this show that Nigerians are predominantly REAL beasts of burden in their brains compared to the rest of humankind? No wonder Kanu called Nigeria a zoo. I would have preferred he called the useless country an evil forest instead. Tụfịakwa! You guys make me nauseate honestly.
