It won't send notification. Just click on your preferred candidate's name, it will bring out his/her profile and a start figure of 0 (Zero) between the Negative and Positive signs. Click on the + till it reaches 100, then click Vote. If it goes through, it'll notify you above where you voted that you have 0 votes remaining. Pls note, if it still appears as 100 votes remaining, you'll need to retry again. That's the only way you can know the votes have through, you won't be sent any notification.

See, ganging against a strong contender now will even lower one's chance at the final also cos that contestant will mobilise his followers to support a weak contender at the final, so that one won't win cos one was responsible for his downfall. So, both of them have their advantages and disadvantages, it's better to remain neutral, especially now that we may still be a bit sure that he has upper hand than the strong contenders he's up with right now, for now.

However, you can register all your lines via wechat and vote 100 per number.
Also for texts, I heard the maximum you can per sim is 100(not sure though, but heard if more, it'll be deducted but won't be counted). However, I didn't do more than 100 SMS votes per sim the last time, but I used all my sims, recharged many people's and co, but pls, tryna confirm on the internet if it's applicable. But I know its #30 per SMS vote.
