INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASHA QUIZ

1) The winner of the quiz will win ₹15,000 and the runner-up will win ₹5,000 along with certificates

2) Every participant must take the quiz and respond individually

3) It will be based on the ASHA DIDI ANDROID APP and hence, it's mandatory for the participants to DOWNLOAD and explore the app before taking the quiz. Most of the questions in the quiz will be based on the information contained in the app along with a few general health related questions

4) The link of a pdf containing quiz questions will be posted on the ASHA DIDI Facebook page on 18th May 2019 at 9:00 pm

5) It will have 30 questions and the quiz will be marked against a maximum of 30 marks

6) The marking scheme is as follows:
Correct answer +1 marks
Wrong answer -0.25 marks
No answer 0 marks

7) A google doc link will be provided in the question pdf where participants are supposed to record their answers along with their name, email and 6-digit app reference number (it will appear below your name after clicking the three dashes on the app homepage on the top left) and submit it before 9:30 pm

The quiz will last 30 minutes and hence, any submission of the answer document post 9:30 pm won't be accepted

9) Winners will be announced on ASHA DIDI facebook page within 48 hours
