The truth is that the statement could mean that you will be needed to provide proof of BA at both registering for a date and at AD. Even the fact that its a requirement for making a fresh appointment and not only highlighted on the things to come with to the embassy AD date gives credence to that fact.

No one is saying you won't be asked again on AD to show proof of funds but that none of your proofs or your friends personal experiences can justify that statement as being solely for on AD day.

How is that difficult to understand?

Most people don't know that going to Germany an EU country. If there's a job opening even if your papers are complete before you can get the job they advertise it out to All German citizens, then to EU citizens if none of these people want the job that's when u can apply for it.

That means u would get the lowest of the lowest jobs
