But we do have white people

It's mostly insecurity and lack of basic amenities. Most of these cities you find Whites have atleast 24hours power supply, and security is guaranteed. Travel to most francophone countries and see whites everywhere. Like it's a normal sight. But Nigeria is messed. Kidnapping, bokoharam etc..
