for a largely unproductive & indolent federal, state & local government civil service, 48K although grossly inadequate, is still more realistic compared to 650K or 615K proposed by a lame duck (disorganised) labour: 1. 2 x current minimum wage = 60K/month 2. 1/2 the work time from 8am-12pm = shifts 3. employ additional hands to work 12pm-4pm = reduce unemployment 4. pay workers weekly on friday @ 15K/week = more money in the pocket 5. enforce supervised clock in/clock out = pay by attendance/evidence of productivity 5 Likes |
