I asked the woman in charge if it was just for Kaduna state and she said otherwise and come on how much does Federal Government allocate for this scholarship to have 1182 names from just a single State

You shouldn’t have judged and ask them for more information on it. You saw 75% of Hausa names because 75% of the people that wrote in kaduna were hausa people.

I went to the Kaduna Scholarship board and saw the list. There were about 1182 names so I'm guessing it's the national list (I did not take any pictures of it). As I was flipping through the pages I can say that at LEAST 75% of the names there were Hausa.
What can I say, THIS IS NIGERIA
