No, its not a scam, at least, I wasnt scammed.

I subscribed to the smallest level S1 with N15k last month October and I have turned it over.....meaning I have recouped my initial deposit.

On a more serious note: in our local Nigerian context, I'm thinking of doing a similar project: a video advert platform for real products or services, just like what Seun did here on NL with his advert spaces.
Random thoughts:
- the potential advertizer will have an interface to prepare / upload his/her video advert
- the potential advertizer will have options to choose advert specs (# of times it would be shown daily, etc)
- the adverts would be distributed on partner websites, details of which are still sketchy

A critique of the above is welcome; or Is anyone interested, perhaps we can rub minds.
