Who else got an interview invite from interswitch for the position of financial inclusion partner?
I also got a call from them..... Pls what can I expect in terms of their interview format?

I suggest you forget about the PhD since your sole aim of considering that is because you think it will put you in good stead to get a better job. But I tell you it will only push you closer to being a lecturer.
Just be calm and ensure you find at least a reason or more why you need to be grateful for your current job. This will enliven your spirit and renew your self confidence whenever an invite comes to write a test/interview.
Patient lady,the job will come....consider where you presently as a training ground for something far better!!!

can u write ur cover letter in d body of ur email wit ur attached cv? If yes, do u nid to include ur address and d addressee, jst like d Op did in d above cover letter

. Yes include a cover letter with your attached CV in your email. When it comes to including addresses,it may not really be of importance. Just go straight to the body of the letter. There is no hard and fast rule as to that

However, I wish to add that a covering letter should have at least 3 paragraphs without leaving any margin.
The first paragraph should also indicate when you will be available to start with the company.
The second and third should express your skills and what makes you stand out tall for the job.

The message you receive after submitting your application is an auto programmed message, our info has not been checked, as application is still going on, so if you meet the criteria you will be shortlisted, which is usually one or two weeks after application deadline line. I received the confirmation mail immediately I submitted my application and got a regret mail like 3 days after,my friend also got it. Maybe its because of our course of study. What baffles me is that they have not even ended the application process
