Good Afternoon, My dear friends from all over the world, thanks to Seun for such an opportunity as this, I am looking forward to being a much more active member here. just wait till these 2007/2008 Batch 'B' Service Year is over. there is something I love doing, and that is sharing experiences (mostly on surprising encounters) like viruses, computer problems, and of course HAPPINESS. Just in case you want to return them.[/li] [li]Establish a relationship with whoever you are buying from, u can't say what you may gain from whoever later in life.[/li] [li]if possible, go with a friend, its always good to have a witness when money changes hands.[/li] [li]request your receipts, i heard something on the radio about stamping the receipts, i can't say how well it is practised, but request the receipt at least[/li] [li]make sure you have discussed whatever it is you want to buy with a good number of people before going[/li] [li]BE ON THE LOOKOUT!it is afterall, LAGOS!!!
