There is a supplement called "Rutin". I believe the strength you need is 500mg. Take one per day. If you take more than one, you will have headaches. Over the course of 3 weeks, the anal fissure protrusion will begin to reduce in size. By the end of 2 months of daily use, the fissure should be nearly or completely gone. I will advise you to keep using it though for the rest of the year. Ensure that your meals have enough fibre in them because one of the risk factors for anal fissure is eating foods without fibre. Another risk factor is consuming supplements like N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC) which reduces mucus from your gut. So, if you're using any such medicine, you should stop that and look for an alternative. You do not need to put anything in your anus or take anything else except the dietary changes. Feel free to go on amazon to search for Rutin supplements. Within the reviews for those products, search for fissure, and you will see testimonies of people it has worked for. Also ask ChatGPT for confirmation of the efficacy of Rutin for your condition. Once again, get 500mg Rutin, use daily and in 3 weeks, the fissure should start shrinking, until it eventually disappears a couple of weeks later. Let me know how it goes. Cheers. |
Your story is not complete. Regular French citizens have friends. When regular French workplace colleagues are sick, they are visited by their co-workers. People in the west are not as anti-social as you portray. The issue is that you have not yet fully integrated in the new environment you have found yourself. Be more friendly and people will care about you wherever you find yourself. |
Hello fellow Nigerian writers, In 2020, at the height of the pandemic, Draft2Digital banned all Nigerian and perhaps some other African writers. They claimed that it was because they could not verify the documents we submitted for tax. This is discrimination!!! Many of us contacted them and pleaded with them but they said No. Go away. At that time, many of us flocked to Smashwords as they are the other book distribution giant and we continued publishing through them. This morning unfortunately, we received an email from Smashwords saying that they have been acquired by Draft2Digital!!! Can you imagine? This means trouble. This means that, again, we will be banned and will have no way to publish on other platforms apart from Amazon. How can a whole continent be denied a livelihood in this manner? They have planned a Live webinar to announce their acquisition and take questions. Please my naija people, let's come together and bombard the live webinar with questions about why we were banned!! Let's do this to force them to restore our publishing access on Draft2Digital. If not, we will be cut off from global publishing by this new monopoly. The live webinar will be taking place on facebook and youtube at 7 p.m. today evening. See links below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZX-TWtf8cy8 https://web.facebook.com/341297015982331/posts/4622486814529975/?_rdc=1&_rdr Time is 7 p.m. Nigerian time. My naija people, please contact Lalastica and Seun Osewa so that this post can hit frontpage this morning to save livelihood of writers in Nigeria. CC lalasticlala CC Seun Osewa

The numbers go up during festive periods. If you tie this with the recent statement by the information minister (Lai Mohammed) about 50% of Nigerian COVID cases comprising travelers from the UK, you can see that the rise in cases is due to people coming in from all over the world for the holidays. So, if you have anyone coming in from abroad this season, wait at least 2 weeks before going to see them. |
Sorry that this has happened to you. If that's not from a wound, then it could be either an infection or a tumor. The tumor may or may not be cancerous. You need to go and do a biopsy to identify the cause. Do this quickly to avoid complications. |
We also played well against France. But apart from the ones you mentioned and France, no other matches have been impressive. I think the man deserves the sack. |
All is well. let there be peace in the world. |
