Was it everyone that got this message on the day of their biometrics, I'm yet to get that message from VFS that my application has been sent to Ukvi for processing since June 30th on my biometrics
Am I the only one?
Or ukvi hasn't sent my application to Ukvi yet?
I'm confused please
All my friends got this mail that it was sent to Ukvi, but I didn't get it
Just passport collection mail and the invoice mail
But not this one

Uni of Portsmouth just withdrew my CAS....crazy shit cause was just about to apply for the VISA.

Guess it's a good thing that I had not sent in my application

No it's not interview, it's an automatic mail send if it's almost 15 working days and no decision has been made

I did my Biometrics on the 15th of June for a student visa MRES, with 4 dependent. I got this mail today. Does it mean I will be called for an interview? Some people in a group I belong to say they usually send these mail out for people they intend to interview.

Also, can I still do a paid call next week if I don't get any update from them by Friday?

Well I'll be very honest with you, if your application is taking 2-3months without additional documents, just go and prepare for interview

The truth is even now them still dey do am just reduced to 3/4 months, just that seems like they don't abandon the application totally this time around just get all the information they need and keep the person hanging till the Lord touches them to release decision

Low-key you shouldn't have done priority when your resumption is September, you just dash them money

A friend of mine didn’t receive an acknowledgement mail from UKVI and got her visa in 4 days time (standard).
I got an acknowledgement mail on a Friday and my bio was on Tuesday same week, then my visa dropped the following week on a Monday.
So it’s normal not to receive a notification or acknowledgment mail from UKVI

Hello House , someone did their biometrics on the 23rdd of June and up till now the person have not received a confirmation email from Ukvi that it’s now with them, is this a new thing or the person is being paranoid?

But hope you uploaded your your checklist and full page of your passport datapage tho… also employment details (via gaps)

That means what they asked specifically in the mail was origin of funds right and not source of funds
Wish one could see the mail to see how it's exactly written, cos origin of funds seems to be my biggest fear in this whole thing

Remove your CV, you don't need the CV
Your reference letter is already enough

The whole essence of you working if for them to know you were not idle since graduation which explains your study gap.
It wouldn't cause any issue, if they want to invest the source of funds, they'll ask you to provide document of how the money entered your account, that's all

My father is my sponsor, and the POF was transferred to my account. I am currently employed and started working in 2024 after completing my NYSC in 2023. However, my salary is not high enough to account for the amount shown as POF.
I understand that I need to submit my employment letter and payslip to explain my activities since graduation and cover my study gap. My concern is whether this could be seen as a red flag, since the visa officer may notice that my salary alone could not have accumulated the funds in my account.

No, it has to correspond, they want the payslip you're providing to reflect in your bank statement
