All interested candidates should send their CVs to seekpersonnel@gmail.com Job Title: HR & Admin Officer Job Summary: The HR officer will be responsible for handling all people and admin process and functions within the company and will report to the Accounts and Admin Manager. Responsibilities: • Assist with the daily operational requirements for smooth opening, running and closing of the office. • Assist with people & personnel matters. • Assist with staff welfare & training. • Assist with recruitment. • Assist with payroll. • Manage the employee onboarding process. • Develop standard HR & Admin processes. • Develop, organize and maintain an office filing system for easy retrieval of documents. • Write letters & develop presentations. • Liaise with external suppliers. • Manage daily petty cash account. • Maintain office logs on diesel/petrol usage, employee attendance. • Manage office supply needs. • Manage Company assets • Assist with inventory management. Qualifications and Requirements: • Minimum of 2-3 year working experience in similar role. • Minimum qualification is 1st Degree. • Knowledge of HR processes. • Ability to work with minimum supervision. • Problem solving & analytical thinking. • Organization & planning. • Creativity. • Teamwork. • Flexibility. • Microsoft office applications skills. • Proactive. • Good Communication. • Team Player. • Committed to continuous improvement and achievement of objectives. • Manage People. |
