Artery: Yes, you give it some time & try again. That's the same response I got when I asked. Why wouldn't a school specify if it's 1st or 2nd choice candidates or both that they want? We know there are ALMOST no Federal schools these days that call 2nd choice candidates, but schools still specify it in their publications. Abi UNN wan use 2nd choice candidates generate internal revenue?

A hitch in the system..That's our best bet. Its probably too early. Lets see how it goes. Lips crossed.
