babsalux09: it now d depends on d type of games ur want to run..coz i know on p5 thread few people are able to run some couple of hd games. on their p5,and with a better processor..s5 will do a little more better than p5 in gaming, but if its that u want to load all ur phone memory with games..then better hop for m5..and forget abt how beautiful u want ur display to be..for i think am okay for now with s5,and surely d price will be lesser than m5,i just want a good screen big enough, and a quality qraphics.. i play one game a time..loadin too many apps is what usaully kills d ram..do few gamin on my phone..and my pc will do d rest.
We're in the same shoes,I just want a good screen,3.75G (S5 has got it).I do a lot of social networking nd net browsing rather than loading loads of HD games,my PSP does d gaming for me,Apps would fill in for the games but not so much. And yeah the price would be lesser.

On spec sheet M5 is still the best in ''5'' league. To me S5 is an upgrade of the P5.
But now, only what i admire in this S5 is the IPS Capacitive touchscreen with 16Million colour screen. While the M5 is 256K.
They both have the same battery life (1800mAh), same processor clock speed (1.3Ghz dual core).Same 4.5inch screen.
What differentiates them is the camera 8mp (M5), 5mp (S5),but looking at the screen quality..the images wud look d same, thanks to S5 16M colours screen
The Memory(RAM) is the deal-breaker here...Certainly 512mb in 2013/14 is nt smtin u shud be proud of,with the recent apps and games available now,any device wt 512MB RAM would be limping its way across.
The S5 has 512MB while M5 1GB RAM.I tell u,this is the only major difference
So now i'm left to choose between Beauty(16M colour screen) or Brains (1GB RAM).Any help guys.

The price shudnt be an issue for me tho. Thanks

PhonesBBM Rumoured To Arrive On Windows Phones by Promking(op): 6:58am On Nov 16, 2013
Right now BBM is available for BlackBerry (naturally), and recently iOS and Android, but what about Windows Phone? Will BlackBerry be sending some love Microsoft’s way? Well according to Twitter account,BlackBerry Leaks, https://twitter.com/BlackberryScoop/status/392431160703205377 the answer is yes. The tweet has claimed that BBM will eventually be making its way onto Windows Phone, essentially covering all the major smartphone platforms out there. Of course there’s no telling if this rumor is true but it would make sense that BlackBerry would love to cover all their bases, even if the Windows Phone platform is considered to be their closest rival at the moment.
It was speculated that BBM would skip Windows Phone simply because Microsoft was BlackBerry’s biggest competitor, but we guess covering more ground does make sense to a certain degree as well. In any case like the tweet says, the app will arrive on Windows Phone as a web, tablet, as well as a desktop version. It is not clear if this applies to only Windows-based devices, or if the tweet was referring to all tablets (including iOS and Android tablets), so take it with a grain of salt for now and we’ll wait and see if anything comes from it. In the meantime, are Windows Phone owners excited that BBM could potentially be making its way to your device?

PhonesNew Blackberry OS 10.2.1 To Support Goggle Play Store by Promking(op): 10:58am On Nov 12, 2013
The next BlackBerry 10 update could bring the Google Play Store to BB10 devices like the B lackBerry Z10, Z30, Q10, Q5.
Pictures of the Google Play Store running on a BlackBerry Z10 have emerged online, complete with a new BlackBerry 10 OS version.
Although not officially confirmed by BlackBerry, it seems a new Android Runtime is expected to be incorporated in the next BB10 build. This will allow the Google Play Store to be installed on BlackBerry 10 devices including the BlackBerry Q10.
BB10 users will then be able to install Android apps and other content to their devices, opening up a whole new library of apps beyond the rather limited BlackBerry World.
The pictures come courtesy of a CrackBerry forum commenter and may well be fake, but if Google Play compatibility does come to BB10 devices, it may well mark a true comeback for the struggling Canadian smartphone manufacturer.
BlackBerry announced earlier this month that it was no longer looking for a takeover buyer, as the company has secured around $1 billion worth of investment.
It was also revealed that Apple attempted a BlackBerry buyout before being blocked by the company’s board members.
The BlackBerry 10.2 update started rolling out to users in late October, offering new features like BlackBerry Priority Hub, BlackBerry Natural Sounds and integrated BBM across all apps.
“BlackBerry 10.2 OS introduces new features like BlackBerry Priority Hub, BlackBerry Natural Sounds and BBM now in any app that will help you be more productive and stay better connected when it counts”, said BlackBerry in an official blog post. “Plus, with hundreds of new refinements, BlackBerry 10.2 makes the things you do every day faster and easier.”
It also introduced an iOS-like notifications lock screen, offering previews of all the emails, texts and other content that comes flooding in.
BlackBerry has yet to announce Google Play compatibility for BlackBerry 10, but we reckon it will be a pretty major event if and when it does. For further info visit the link below
