Have you ever wondered how much you need to become an Abuja landlord?
Well, you don't need millions of naira to join the club and one thing about Abuja land is that it appreciates very fast.

Abuja the Capital of Nigeria as expected has an expensive life style when compared to other Nigerian States, maybe because of the luxurious lifestyle of the city or just the mere fact that it is the capital of Nigeria.

The Truth is, how expensive it gets depends mostly on your lifestyle before any other factor.

Going back to our question "How much do you need to relocate to Abuja?" like I said cost depends mostly on your lifestyle but then anything as low as 500k up can get you settled perfectly in Abuja.

I assumed you already have a job or a business you intend to do as this cost will only cover for just accommodation and maybe few essential properties that will get you going for few weeks/months before you finally settle down well in the city.

Abuja arguably has the most expensive houses for rent in Nigeria but that is depending on the Area you choose. There are places in Abuja like Apo, Kabusa where you can get a good self contain for just 200k.
And there are places like Jabi, wuse Asokoro etc where you will need to pay in Millions for a single room apartment.

You might also consider Lugbe or boundary communities like Maraba or masaka where you will see cheaper houses but you might need to include the transportation factor and see if it will be convenient for you considering your job location.
