Guys, there is this fine girl, she recently finished youth service. A university graduate, but trust me, nothing upstairs ( or so I thought) Guys, she can speak very good English and she is extremely pretty. We had a thing or 2 during that COVID period but I didn't let it metamorphos into a relationship. For the purpose of this gist, let's call that girl Amaka. So there is this social media management contract I have been chasing since late last year. I know the chairman of the company, so I thought getting the contract will be a walk in the park. (Guys I was wrong) The chairman no send me o. I have his phone number, we chat on WhatsApp, we are close, we hang out, yet he kept stalling the contract. (Lest I forget, let's call the chairman Alhaji) So I saw a video on Instagram where one guy advised that as a guy if you are chasing a contract from a fellow man, it's best to use a female. Suddenly it was like a light bulb came on in my head. I quickly rushed to canva, designed a proposal, put Amaka's name. I called Amaka, explained everything to her. I agreed to give her a one time payment of 200k. I used like 1 week to prep her for the meeting. When I realized she was good to go, I directed her to the man's office when I knew he would be around. Guys, Amaka met Alhaji, she didn't even talk too much. Alhaji awarded the contract immediately. I gave Amaka a friend's company account to collect payment. (The man was supposed to pay 6 months upfront) Na so Amaka go drop her account number oo. I just dey call my guy every 5 minutes weda money don land. The guy later come dey vex sef say I don too cal am say make I relax . "My gee calm down, on how money land, I go let you know." Let me be honest, I felt this guy was trying to be smart. I don already make plans to use that money go buy itel power tank, infact I don dress up, na alert I just dey wait for. Around 3pm, I knew something was off. Alhaji doesn't do any kind of financial transactions after 2 pm. He says after 2pm he is most likely stressed, hungry etc. And he can't trust any decision he makes after that time. So yeah! If the money didn't enter since morning, something was definitely wrong. I called Amaka to ask if Alhaji changed his mind. She said nooooo. The nooo was sounding like something was in her mouth. She tried saying something, but I didn't hear well because of the food in her mouth. When she finally swallowed the food and answered, what I heard was "he has paid o." I began to boil within me. I was ready to teach my friend some lesson. How could he lie to me like that... Just as I was thinking of a thousand ways to reprimand my friend, I heard Amaka. "Prophit, I think I can do that Job o. Why don't I pay you the 200k instead and take the contract?" I didn't understand what she meant by pay me 200k. So I told her let her wait let me call my friend for the money first. That was when she told me that she had dropped her account number and that the money was sitting in her account. I asked her where she was, she said Kilimanjaro. I asked her if someone took her there because me I know she can't take herself there. She said that she went by herself to relax and see how she can start working on Alhajis social media pages. That was when it dawned on me that I have been played. I told her I was going to pay her 400k. She could use the money to buy some new clothes or something. The girl told me that she really needs the contract. She has been looking for a job since, and God has finally given her one. Please which God gave her the job? Shey this girl dey whine me ni? 720k go just evaporate from my hand like that? Wetin be 720k sef? Na 1.4 mil dey go so ooo. Because the man go still renew another 6 months when this first one expires. Chai!!!! I have been thinking of what to do since yesterday. I asked a lawyer and he said since we didn't have any recorded agreement whether written or recorded audio in the presence of a witness, there is nothing I can do. Chai!!!!!!! Amaka Amakaaaaaaaaaaa. |
Cum4me:You be very funny man. Professor of dirty and smelly t*t* ![]() I can ima-gin persin like Ur wife for house. E go too smelll |
tobore4u:I used to visit beting shops maybe 6 or 7 or 8 years ago. Those guys are always begging. Same thing with police officers. |
wonder233:This thing pain you pas o ![]() |
Kalulu44:It seems u don't value mental health. You are of the impression that Nigerians are super humans. Is someone working in a bet shop normal to you? |
goran3310:We like to pretend like we are bullet proof in this country. That lady is walking around with serious mental health issues. A lot of Nigerians are walking around with serious mental health issues. We just like acting like everything is ok. Anybody who goes through such is definitely damaged. Except the person has a lot of money that the amount she spent on the giy is inconsequential. |
SpencerForbes:I no fit manage am o. I'll take this under advisement. |

Mariangeles:Do you want to invest in me? |
I recently started talking to a fine young lady. She should be 28 yrs tops. I didn't know her dating history cos I moved into the area like last year. We just started talking this year, she manages a bet 9ja shop. I normally withdraw using the pos near her bet shop, and that was how we met and started talking. There is a laundry guy in that area, I seldom patronize him, but the guy is chill. We greet and have discussions here and there whenever we cross paths. He doesn't mind that I rarely patronize him. This guy's sister is about 21, in the university. She likes me a whole lot, but I have a policy not to date students (it's a long story. Don't ask me why) He knows that his sister likes me and he knows I'm not giving her a chance. In fact one day he joked about it. And probably that's why he respects me a great deal. So B4 we dive into the gist for today, let's call d guy Oba, let's call the bet naija manager Ego. Let's call Oba's Sister Anita. I was standing with Ego today just gisting. (I honestly like her, she is pretty, but I can't date her. I can't date a lady who is not on a trajectory to the top. No offence, but being a worker in all these bet shops affects the mindset. I think people that work there need to be rehabilitated. Both male and female. Again no offence) So Oba passed by, as usual we shook hands and talked a bit, then he passed. I noticed the weird energy between Oba and Ego. It was visible to the blind that these guys shared a past. "Seems like there is a story you'd like to share" I said "What story?" She retorted. "Is he your ex?" I went straight for the jugular. She stood silent for a bit. She tried to force a smile. "There isn't any story please." She said finally. I didn't press further. Just then someone called her into the bet shop to settle and issue or whatever that was. So I turned to the pos lady who is her friend. It's like the lady was waiting for the opportunity to spill the tea. She didn't even wait for me to ask. "Men are wicked o. God forbid. To see better man na by connection." Said the pos lady. (I forgot to give the pos lady her alte. So let's call her Agatha. I chose the name because she has a wide mouth, and which name do you have to say with your mouth open wide?) So Agatha started talking. "They used to date o. For like 2 years. Before they started dating, the guy was jobless. Ego used her money to open that laundry shop for him, spent so much money on him for 2 years, then one day he beat her up and broke up with her." Now anyone with even a brain functioning below 2 percent will know that the story isn't complete. Agatha obviously skipped a lot of details to just present Oba as the devil. And don't get it twisted I'm not saying he isn't the devil either. I'm just saying I don't have enough information from that gist to know who the villain was or is. First, nobody beats up a woman for nothing. Second, nobody beats up a woman who is his girlfriend for nothing. Third, nobody beats up a woman who is his girlfriend, who opened a laundry shop for him, for nothing. Agatha kept talking. How Ego is still traumatised and hurt and broken, and devastated, and dejected, and... She kept going. I told Agatha to stop. "I really sympathize with Ego, but I don't want to have this discussion with you or with her. Relationships fail all the time." "Guys send ladies to school and the ladies end up marrying other people. Life goes on." "Guys open businesses for ladies and the ladies still leave them. Even marriages break up. It just the way of life." "I have been engaged to a lady. 2 weeks before our indoor marriage rites, after I had bought everything, she called it quits. I never laid my hands on her, never cheated on her. But that doesn't make her the bad guy." Relationships are a bit more nuanced than many people believe. That is why the best thing you can do for yourself as an individual is to invest in yourself. Maybe you can invest in your spouse, but you see boyfriend and girlfriend, invest at your own risk. As for Anita, I just got a couple more reasons to distance myself from her. Imagine having an elder brother who beats people up. For her, violence will just be a normal thing. I pity her boyfriend. As for Ego, if I had even the faintest of feelings for her, such feelings died when I heard that story. I can't be with another man's garbage. I too, deserve someone who hasn't been victimized and vandalized. Imagine the distrust she will have for her next boyfriend or husband. No body deserves such level of damage done to them. |
DFPS:Wow. So fish it is. Thanks |
ahmedio2017:U no sabi wetin u dey talk. That keke no be am |
Wealthyonos:Confirm am in a good or bad way? |
Walz001:Thanks boss. I have borehole. Generator is not standby, but we always have light at night, so I can pump at night. The reason I want to consider fish is because that poultry house can only contain 100 to 120 birds. |
I sold my keke for 1.2m. I want to go into farming with 1m. I already have a poultry house I built years ago. Now which do I do? If you say layers, please tell me if I should buy Point of Lay or day old. And please tell me the prices of both. Also tell me your reasons for picking layers. If you say broilers, also give me reasons. If you say fish, please tell me your reasons too. Thank you as I await your responses. |
A lot of flaws in the young man's assertion. Maybe the professor no sabi anything. Easiest way to shut down the argument would be the edgc principle |
I need a laptop for social media management. Preferably 8gb ram or more 2.50 processor speed and above From core i5 up. |
For your own |

Okhuadams:U are the smart one. Smarter than God |
Shawarma business looks good especially if you have a good location. You can also plant things like cucumber, tomato, pepper etc. Even though the money won't come monthly. Buying and selling of electronics and phone gadgets and accessories. |
A Chosen Member Testifies: “I Overpowered 15 Fulani Herdsmen by Shouting ‘I Am a Chosen’” A female member of The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries has shared a shocking testimony that has sparked massive reactions online. According to her account, she was attacked by 15 Fulani herdsmen while traveling to Owerri, but claims she overpowered them after repeatedly shouting the popular church slogan: “I am a Chosen! I am a Chosen! Who are you?” The testimony, which has since gone viral, has generated mixed reactions — from faith-filled believers who see it as a miracle, to skeptics questioning the details and plausibility of the story. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MLgqleHfzAU

fxexperts:Compression is your biggest weakness. Did you expect the campus fellowship to be operational during Christmas when all the students have gone back home for holidays? How can a man who claims to see be so blind? How can a man who claims to be wise talk without reason? |
