You don't have the right to tell anyone to leave a particular geographical area domiciled within the sovereign State of Nigeria. It is the right of every Nigerian to live where ever he or she likes as long as he doesn't go against the law of Nigeria. Not illegal but before you contest as a president you must renounce the other citizenship you acquired before contesting if the citizenship is not by birth. There is a provision of the constitution that have taken care of that.
