Ourown: Bamboo is a frustrating and very terrible company. I have been following up with them since September 2025 to find out why I did not receive a dividend payment for a stock I bought on their platform. Till now, nothing.
Also, you cannot place a limit order on their app. I regret opening an account with them. You can simply move your holdings to another broker through the “detachment process”. Just fill the required form and submit to your desired broker and they will do the rest of the work. |

yMcy56: * Let's even do small Maths here: OANDO OS: 12.43bn ARADEL OS: 4.35bn SEPLAT OS: 600M
* Price as at 12/01/2026 OANDO: N40 ARADEL: N751 SEPLAT: N6,171
1. Comparing OS Ratio of OANDO to ARADEL and the price: OANDO should be N250 (based on yesterday's price) 2. Comparing OS Ratio of OANDO to SEPLAT and the price: OANDO should be N297 3. ARADEL ratio to SEPLAT: ARADEL should be N852
ARADEL fair price should be N852..... considering more new rooms for upward growth should be more than this....... While OANDO's fair price should be N250.....worst case scenario N200....
** Una go fear this Mcy's Arithmetics 😁 😁 Na wetin I calculate be that...... Don't know how many months or years it will take to achieve that o.... All things being equal
* I did same Arithmetics for Transcorp and Geregu a long time ago, when it was trading at circa N1/N2 or so. Truly I fear the arithmetic o….and the assumptions |

Joyful365: Any chance FCMB will meet capitalisation requirement before deadline or should one pull out their savings now before they go under? Surprised they're still struggling to meet up even when fidelity has achieved the goal They completed a public offer which was oversubscribed as announced in November 2025 I believe. This was after the 2024 public offer and private placement. They ought to have met the minimum capital requirement. |

Properties › Re: Construction Of Duplex And Attached Flats @isheri North GRA Lagos by PropTrader: 11:49pm On Sep 02, 2015 |
PeoplesArmy: Did you do a soil test before reaching this conclusion of using a raft foundation? My knowledge of isheri north is that load bearing capacity of the soil is poor and if you had submitted a building plan of this "building in process" for approval they would have asked for a soil test report. |
Properties › Re: Construction Of Duplex And Attached Flats @isheri North GRA Lagos by PropTrader: 11:44pm On Sep 02, 2015 |
Aventures: OP please find another name for the foundation you are constructing. this is not a raft foundation. mere fact that you have a ground beam here does not make this a raft fdn. A raft foundation is type where you have your ground slab and the beam reinforced and in monolithic condition. This type of foundation is absolutely good for bungalow only in a water logged area where you there is tendency for the use of blocks at fdn may be weaken by the water. Well i believe you are acting based on your structural engr design but honestly absolutely wrong, if i have to explain this then i will have to write an epistle, but kindly check previous thread of segcymoore, kkonsult, brabus and other to see what is called raft foundation. Thats how bad stories start. @PeoplesArmy has asked if there is a soil test report that should be the basis for any building structural design in that Isheri north area and he has not answered. Many houses in that area are tilted to one side or the other due to "settling" and the flooding in some parts can be terrible when it rains. Its better to loose a N100 than a N1000. |

snakebeat: I think 1m is too much... Please let's keep our judgements on cost estimates given here private so that others are encouraged to share. Controversies generated by such comments above is why people like Spyder880 and a host of others are not very forthcoming with cost analysis of projects anymore. You can either ask for more details or compare with estimates given in other threads (assuming people are encouraged once more to share) to reach you decision. |

spyder880: I have been carefully waiting and watching things in Awka. I have also been spending time talking with residents, friends and associates whom I have been enriching my knowledge of the Awka terrain from their wealth of experience.
I will not like to embark on property development in Awka, or any other place if it's not a high end, palatial residential development that will be a reference point in many years to come. My plan is to raise the bar, to look for investors and owners who have the very best in mind when thinking of their residential homes.
I know the investment mindset of the indigenous people of this state, and I will like to flow with their expectations. Let's make it huge! I am looking for big plots, that will fit in palaces, not tiny lands that you will be struggling to squeeze through everyday. I am also looking for plots near the road, not where you could be running in the bushes.
But it might not be cheap, especially in the state . I am rubbing my hands in expectation!!! |
