Your template generates all that. You can Edith the way read-more would be displayed quickly if u have knowledge of php. Just edit the "functions.php" file

Try to fix your permalinks settings. Go to Settings » Permalinks, and simply click on Save Changes button.
This will update your permalinks settings. If dt does not work for you, then you probably need to update your .htaccess file manually.
