airsaylongcon: Sometimes, we have to look at the past to get past the future. Here's a copy of the advert that got us to where we currently areThanks for this. I've been looking for the advert. |
Collintos: @airsaylongcon nice one....will take a look @ them wen I am less buzy[b.......@Maforbea let not your heart be troubled and keep the HARDWORK, HOPE and FAITH strong and alive. When Grace is at work past statistics becomes irrelevant...I have seen things before....However I am sure to some extent from my speculation that atleast not less than 100 will be taken finally........and If as a team in this thread we have speculated that about 300 made it to AC at least the CHANCES are STILL there......It is understandable that many in this race are experienced to some extent...even experienced with Strong Global firms and multinationals. Definitely you don't expect that there capacity will be the same with a graduate without experience and that is no body's fault..Time and Chances happeneth to all. for example friends that are in the same set in school. But when they graduate one get a job before the other which is even the best graduating in there set . To be Fair would you stop the one that got Job first for going for a bigger opportunity that both friends( the employed one and the unemployed one) qualifies to apply for as stipulated by the recruiter? Definitely NO.....Life is full of competition infact I must say...NO COMPETITION NO CROWN.... And perhaps every Company just want the best guys in their team both in capacity and experience because they recruit you to bring something to the table in some way(If they have to train you to deliver that they will surely do) as every company have one challenge or the other. Also flash back during the SHL test that you were told to fill your related experience.....I feel they want to try as much as possible to ensure the successful entrant is based on Merit on the foundation of excellent performance in the process, relevant academic qualification, experience if necessary in pursuant to there aspirations of the quality of the employees they will like to have as shown in there career page in there website. Nevertheless don't feel bothered so much overlook who is in the race or not. Its an opportunity just Give in your best and trust God for the best and surely you will have your testimony. There is a place for HARDWORD, GRACE and DESTINY. RELAX BRO. WE SHALL GET THERE AND HAVE A TESTIMONY> I AM VERY SURE OF THAT AND CERTAIN.Your comments are encouraging. |
MaforBea: So I tried to shake this off but I couldn't. 2007 about 400 went for ac and about 220 were cleared and clearly passed. But they only hired about 89 or so. What was the criteria used? Fancy current job( a lot of them hired back there were kpmg, uba bank etc), man-know-man or state of origin. Now my concern is, I work I an accounting firm that is nott poular or big. I can't help but think fancy names and other factors may come into play for the final selection. Udo!Bros, there are people without work sef in the race. You are more lucky. |
Further to your application with OLAM Nigeria Limited, you have been invited for a test (aptitude with function specific test). The test has four (4) sections: Verbal Reasoning & Numerical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning and Engineering function specific test. The test would basically be the usual dragnet numerical, verbal and abstract. Materials for these categories is available all over the internet esp. Nairaland. However, as we can see, the would be a function specific test which i think would be based on discipline as mine in Engineering function specific test. Fellow engineers in the house, what are we expecting? |
Me don receive invite too o... But the change of time button is not functional. That Saturday get as e be for me ooo |
