HesInMe: Interesting. First time I'm hearing about this. Can you please share more? Sourcing and exporting raw cashew nuts, sasame seeds, hisbiscus, etc. to india, vietnam, turkey and other destinations. Leveraging their export processing center in Lagos and their strong logistics network. This is a whole universe of growth for Nahco and they are taking it very serious. That's all I can say. |

HesInMe: You try, but I'm still confused
Anyway, we'll know in a month or so. But Nahco is an excellently positioned company sha. Agro export. |

chimex38: I think people are keying in to the 14% extra bonus (1 for 7) added to dividend yield from the proposed dividend. That's about 17%-20% in total dividend ( for average purchases between ₦100-₦180).
QD is also at hand=May 1. So probably rotational investors want to acquire as much as possible to make the 14% extra bonus worthwhile, hence the high demand as the closing window approaches.
With this few points of mine hope I have been able to convince you why the 50% rally is holding for now aside the hotel lunching You guys are forgetting agro-exports. Watch out for Q1 and see agro export contribution to revenue growth. |

Joyful365: Over optimism is sometimes not good.
By the time you account for the impact the high cost of diesel will have on their bottom line together with fall in aggregate demand by consumers you'll be shocked that you don't see the results you expected.
The company itself has tappered down their expectations but una still no wan hear.
You forget that Q1 is always slow for such business as the yuletide has ended. Add all the other negative macro events taking place and you'll see that the possibility of the stock retracing heavily is not far fetched.
Well, time is always a great teacher. Let's wait and see you don miss am. Q1 is usually the best quarter. It is very important to understand the business before you invest |

emmanuelewumi: We also forgot that Presco had debt of over N160 billion in 2025, finance expenses in 2025 was N43 billion.
The business is now deleveraged, the plantation is now bigger.
Even if price of their products fail, I still expect a minimum growth of 25% in their earnings when compared with Q1 2025 Beyond price, there's been real volume expansion. Presco is achieving serious volume expansion this year expecially from SNL (rivers) and Ato (edo). The focus is on expanding volumes of CPO, RBDO, Stearin, Olein, CPKO, along with other monetized by-products like PFAD and palm kenel cake PKC. These guys aren't supplying supermarkets, they are supplying industries. B2B. Hold your PRESCO tight. It is a retirement stock. |

unite4real: to be honest, i would have bought close to 40 stocks on the exchange before looking at ETI Left GTCO, ZENITH, NAHCO, ARADEL, PRESCO, WAPCO, DANGCEM, SEPLAT, etc. Left these real pillars, to go ETI. Well, to each his own, make Nosa sha remember say NGX is a "unique animal", according to one guy like that. We sabi say na OG e be sha, but be cautious with banking valuation, and moderate expectation of capital appreciation especially for a bank like ETI wer no de poo or vomit dividends. |

nosa2: Based on current earnings it is expensive. Now that earnings are expected to drop you think a 50% drop is out of it? Lets see how earnings pan out this year before calculating fair value PRESCO you should have just bought and taken position swiftly. If you did, you wouldn't be so anti-Presco. You go pack your kaya for ETI wer no dey pay dividends. NGX responds to dividends o. Welcome back to NGX My brotherly advice: Better take profit from ETI before dividend season sha Why sell Zenith for ETI sef? hmm. To each his own |

naturalflow: You rated presco ahead of aradel? Incredible! Both are great and deal with commodities. I have both. However, Presco moves ahead considering longterm earning, cashflow, & dividend growth that is less affected by external influences like product price volatility/swings and US energy policy shifts. Do not underate how much Nigerian oil palm producers/refiners can make in the next 5 to 10 years beacuse their pricing model bakes in International CPO prices, FX premium, Security premium, and local inflation. The elements in bold above plus CPO prod volume expansion are the reason you cant see Presco or Okomu's profit swing low due to any CPO price volatility. Revenue, Earnings, Cash flow and Dividend will continue to go up in the long run, so will Market Cap. The fund managers (both pension and asset mgrs) and the moneybags quietly playing in the arena know this |

Raider76: I think if the CBN will put the forbearance issue aside banks like Zenith that paid disappointing interim dividend should pay good final dividend. I think FBN will also do better since Ote$ did address the poor dividend issue during the AGM. Time will tell. ZenithBank has completely exited Forbearance. Expect a good dividend this time. |

Not at all. Q3 is off season in Nigeria Oil Palm Industry Only saying that Presco has found a strategy to mitigate the volume decline that characterizes off season. You won't see a QoQ decline as steep as Okomu's. unite4real: Are you saying Presco will be impressive in Q3 against Q2 and Q1? |
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Prosper307: 5:31pm On Oct 17, 2025 |
Yes, It is impressive! You need to understand the business. Q3 is typically off peak season, so the decline is expected. That is another aspect of the business where Presco edges Okomu. Presco rapidly ramps up production & builds inventory in H1, then sell/supply in Q3 which helps mitigated the off season effect in Q3. Products price also help to mitigate the effect, as prices are usually elevated in Q3/Q4 Understanding the business is crucial to analyzing the fiancial reports KarlTom: Is it really impressive? There's a massive decline Q-on-Q...

Sunrisepebble: What I have so far Wema as at end of 3rd quarter are at 150bn in profit before tax Vitafoam, as at last I heard had made around 17-18bn in profit before tax, they will likely pay dividend and bonus issue of 1 for 5. GTCO from their H1 call they’re targeting 60% payout ratio which translates to around N13-14 dividend but from an insider CBN might moderate that to around 8-9 which means around 9-10 for FY . |
