From your submission in the latter part, it's clear you didn't follow this matter from the beginning otherwise I would have said you're supporting electoral malpractice and crass illegality. The plaintiffs were the rightfully elected delegates and they tendered all the results signed and certified by the pdp officials that conducted the elections in the field. Governor Peter mbah and the secretary of the congress sat in government house and signed all the already prepared results given to them by obaseki while collation was still ongoing in the field.

The 378 elected delegates took the matter to the nwc of the pdp and a committee was set up to look into the matter. The committee was headed by seriake dickson former Bayelsa governor. The committee submitted their findings to the nwc. They found out that all the results were signed by only mba and the secretary for all 192 wards in the state. The committee having confirmed the true status of the issues raised, thereafter proposed a political solution amongst the gladiators since there was no time to conduct a fresh congress.
But the nwc refused to implement the report of the seriake dickson led committee. At that point they had no option but head for the courts.

Justice Ekwo during the judgement also confirmed the findings of the seriake dickson led committee. So all internal dispute resolution mechanism was exhausted by the plaintiffs.
