All we need is to be factual and sincere enough to allow those who will rule us with a little fear of God and in good conscience be appointment rather than being myopic that we all forget about the generation yet unborn.

All these ephemerals..cars. women, clothe and expensive mansions are transient . They are chapters in our lives but why not let us be truthful to ourselves as a nation if only for once? This was the same way PMB kept on asking Nigerians to be patient for 4yrs without any meaning achievement in terms of well being of the masses.

All we need is a people oriented governance where the basic needs of majority of Nigerians if not all, would be met and not all these packaged elephant projects through which they siphon our resources.

All these excited prospective tenants wouldn't know the consequences of these laws until the reality sets in. The implications is that rentable spaces would be scarce and tenants will be forced to negotiate privately under stricter conditions then law of demand
and supply will come into effect.

Why is government not talking about reducing the whole cost of construction, materials and make building approvals easier , faster and cheaper but they rather chose to inflict more bureaucracy on tenancy process. O ma sweet gan.. hmmmm
