Registered parcel through speedaf are to be delivered to you without any charge or payment, but if it's "self pickup" you will pay for it to be delivered to you

You're indulging those guys because speedaf delivery is free! The only exception Is when the item is self pick-up but you opt for home delivery. In that case, they charge you about 400 naira.....Very soo, they'll see the money you're giving them as their right and begin to enforce payment (after all, they're being paid by Speedaf for their services).
