Thank you for the response.

Yes. Upload your passport data page in place of any document not yet available. Then gather them and keep, during the preliminary review, you'll now be asked to upload the correct one

Some of my documents are not yet ready. Can I submit now using something like a placeholder and re-edit during preliminary?

I live in Germany, and I can tell you that learning the language will definitely make your life and stay here better. It allows you to take advantage of more opportunities.
Regarding Germans not being friendly, I would say that Germans tend to minimize interaction with strangers even when those strangers are other Germans.
These reasons shouldn’t deter you from coming to Germany. I know people who are doing well here without speaking German up to a B2 level or enjoying friendliness .

Those who are already in Germany should give their review pls. Someone told me one would not function well without having B2 in German and also that the people there are not friendly. Is that true?

Pls I have 2 questions concerning the opportunity card application
1. I would like to know if German language certificate is part of the documents requested to be submitted
2. I wanted to apply online, but it's only Lagos that's available online while Abuja which is close to me is not available online; submission is done physically to the visa office. Please I need an advice on which to use that will grant a fast response.

I am happy to inform you all that my younger sister got her opportunity card visa today. Decision was made on Friday and DHL delivered her passport today. Best of luck to everyone.
