Thanks a lot lady G, pls do one need a yellow card or vaccination card to travel to the US with B1/B2 visa?

Hello everyone, Pls I need your advice, my brother and his wife got a US and planning to travel but his wife leave date was not approved by her boss. My question is can the husband travel alone? Im Just curious that is it important they both travel since they applied for the visa together as couple. Can any of them travel alone to the US or its a must they travel together. Thank you all.
