Says who? Their request to inspect INEC materials was granted by the tribunal. INEC for God knows their reason are frustrating the petitioners from accessing the materials. Anyway, the petitioners have made a move to solve that. They are still at the pre trial stage. Points taken in today's judgment to solve any technicality that will arise from Kano Governorship petition.

The supreme court affirmed the appeal court and once again, PDP has been defeated.

Ekiti gone, Osun which was in the bag until the alliance with Omisiore - gone.

Nna, these are difficult times for the once "largest party in Africa".

The same way Zamfara and Bauchi was gone for APC inclusive of Imo state..

I'm not arguing with you that the technicality was not based on the provision of the law, but it's not a constitutional provision. It's mostly a case law of a previously decided case. The constitution only said that Election tribunal shall comprise of 3 members including chairman, no where it was stated that it must be conducted by 3 members in every seating. We are talking tribunal here, you are talking of normal court. Is a normal court presided by 3 judges? You know the answer yourself.

And stop arguing with me, I'm an election petition lawyer currently and have carry out proceedings before two tribunal members where one was absent. The Crux of the matter is that the other member in the Osun election tribunal was absent when the main trial commenced ( calling of witnesses) which was very fundamental.

I don't need to be having this argument with you anyway because the matter is done with, but I will like to know where expressly it's stated in the Constitution that the tribunal judgment is null and void where a member is absent for one trial since you are relying that it's a constitutional provision.

The judgment was purely based on technicality and not on the substantive matter. Well, that's the law even though it seem too stringent.

As per the error in the pic. There is a way around it. Log out of your PayPal account on all devices and download the latest version of Internet explorer on your PC (don't use a mobile device). Or if your have internet explorer on the PC you are currently using, delete internet history, clear browsing data, clear cookies,plugins and passwords better still restore to default like you just downloaded the browser. Restart your PC then log in to your PayPal account and effect your transaction. If you have more than one PayPal account, log off and repeat the process but make sure the ip address is different. Lemme know if this works
