The most vital stakeholder in any election is the people themselves; the masses that will be mostly affected by the actions and decisions of the person at the helms of affairs. Let's wait for the people to decide. |
The political system and the electioneering process in Nigeria have made it difficult for the right people—people with the best abilities on how to govern correctly to bring about the much needed development and progress in the country—to be our leaders. Instead, we are now being governed by thieves whose main goal in life is to amass wealth beyond what they really need. |
That is a fact, actually. But I'm curious about why a made such a dark statement 🤔 |

Ebenezer2021:Telling someone they're ignorant without making any points, providing a counterargument or attempting to even state your own position is a very dumb and senseless thing to do. Why did you quote me when you have nothing of substance to say ? |
studyless123:Brilliant and well-detailed answers 👍. Thanks |
Thereedemer:How did you come to the conclusion that I want to scam people with python course ? |
I need answers to these questions: 1. Who exactly is the US owing this humongous sum of money ? 2. When and why did the US, a supposedly wealthy nation, borrow this money ? 3. If it is so important to pay off the debt, why isn't printing new dollars an option ? |
RIP to him. Every man must taste death. Seun your wahala too much with this 40 characters requirement. A better way to encourage thoughtful posts is to start rewarding people for excellent content. You should have made enough money after all these decades to do that na. |

This is the narrative that makes sense to me about Jesus: * Jesus was a real person, but he was just a human being like you and I. He was not born of a virgin and he is neither god nor the son of God. * Probably as a result of studying the scriptures (old testament) intensely from a young age, Jesus could have wrongly developed the belief that he was someone special (this is called paranoia). * Jesus was a good person though who seriously hated the corruption among the leaders of his time, especially the religious leaders. * Jesus eventually became an activist trying to correct the wrong in the society and bring about reforms, by preaching to people on how to live good and decent lives. * Unfortunately, Jesus also believed in the ideas of heaven and hell and he was the one then popularized these ideas. In the old testament, before Jesus came, the idea of people going to heaven or hell when they die wasn't really mentioned. We only know of people returning to dust (which they came from). * As someone fighting corruption, the religious leaders hated Jesus too because he was spoiling market for them and eventually they succeeded in killing Jesus. They could kill Jesus because he was mere mortal. * After Jesus' death, as you would expect of someone who had gained significant popularity, different people started writing different stories about him, circulating some false narratives in the process (either intentionally or ignorantly). * Centuries later, some of the false narratives were put together to form the new testament. Some set of people simply gathered together and decided what books to include in the bible and which ones to exclude. The bible is not the word of any god, but the selected writing of some individuals |
What I believe is that whatever happens to elephants, lions, monkeys and all the other animals when they die, is precisely what happens to humans after death. The general belief about life after death is just mere superstition and wishful thinking, and that is why there are so many versions of what happens after death! |
Just keeping space for now. Will come back later to air my opinion on the topic. |
Lukuluku69:Of course I know the story is a parable. I'm just questioning how logically applicable the parable is to the message Jesus was trying to pass across. |
lexy2014:If he wasn't looking for crowd, does that mean he wants the majority of people to perish ? But then, he actually instructed his disciples to go all around the world preaching the gospel. If he wasn't looking for crowd, why did he give that instruction ? |
I have always wondered why Jesus had to die so early considering that he said he still had many things to teach his disciples. Why was his death at such young age important considering that it was an intentional death and he had the power to avert it ? Wouldn't it have been better if he lived for a few more decades to be able to reach more people and teach more thoroughly? If you have a reasonable and logical answer to the question, please I would love to hear your contribution. |
Lukuluku69:If a tree doesn't bear "good fruits", do you think we should blame the tree for that ? Keep in mind that a tree's capacity to bear fruits depends on other factors like fertility of the soil especially. |
Node911:What do you mean he couldn't wait ? Why did he have to die so early ? Why not spend like 40 more years on earth spreading the gospel to many more people and making his teachings clearer, all while inventing the necessary technologies to make the work easy and efficient? Why did Jesus have to die at just 33 ? |
But it could just be a mere coincidence. With or without warning, people will still die in accident. However, it is obvious that the pastor didn't take the warning serious. He was overconfident about the power he carried. |
But I'm curious to know, aren't there trees that don't produce fruits and are nonetheless serving different valuable purposes 🤔 |
The role that social media has played in the spread of the gospel is tremendous. Considering this, I wonder why Jesus didn't think to invent some technology for communicating with a large number of people simultaneously 🤔 |
This is a very serious topic. Sexual immorality is very rampant in our society these days and unfortunately, it is fast becoming a norm. |
From all indications, most governors now have huge billions of naira at their disposal. I think we should start demanding accountability more from the governors rather than focusing on blaming the president for all our problems! |
How come I'm just learning about this wonderful achievement for the first time. It's quite impressive |
Damn not again! Rice is one of the main food Nigerians consume daily. If the government truly cares about the welfare of the masses, then the price of rice must be brought down at all cost ! |
I think Nigeria too needs to start taking green energy serious before the developed countries leave us behind. Climate change is real and green energy is the solution! |
Wow wow wow 😲 I didn't realize Nigeria has been this dominant in All African Women's Football. What an achievement 👏 |
I think sanwoolu is a decent human being, and more importantly, a performing governor. Kudos to him 👏 |
