Quran 5:51

O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for friends. They are friends one to another. He among you who taketh them for friends is (one) of them. Lo! Allah guideth not wrongdoing folk

Is the verse not justify now with the way some of you that claim to be Christians move?

It is not violence that you hate, if it is done to Muslims you are fine, you don't care if genocide is being melt out on people in as much as they are Muslim.

Then when the Sacred Months (the Ist, 7th, 11th, and 12th months of the Islamic calendar) have passed, then kill the Mushrikoon (Christians and Jews) wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and prepare for them each and every ambush. But if they repent and perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), and give Zakat, then leave their way free. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful

You intentionally turn a blind eye to the verse before and after that verse to quote the verse out of context to suit your narrative.
U intentionally put Jews and Christians in bracket when the verse is not even about Jews and Christians.
I'm always suprise why it is some of you Christians, Isis and boko- harams and their likes that always understand those "violent verses" the same way. You must have something in common with them.
