Picking Your Land Promo

I will be talking about utilising promos to get affordable land.
The first thing you want to do when you see any promo on real estate is to check if such promos are verifiable.
It is best to look out for promotions from legitimate and verifiable real estate companies or land sellers.

Here are some Promos to note:
1. Buying on installment at outright price

This type of promo allows you to pay for your land on installment at the outright price without the additional cost associated with installmental payment. If you don't have the lump sum to pay, this sort of promo helps you acquire the land over a period of months to years in some cases.

2. Percentage discount off.

In this type of promo, 10 to as much as 50% discount is given to land buyers by real estate companies. In cases where 50% discount is applicable, you can buy 2 plots for the price of 1 plot or pay half the price for a plot. If you're looking to invest in land, this is a good promo to consider.

3. Buy 3, 4, or 5 and get 1 free.

This sort of promo can also be used to purchase plots of land for investment at affordable prices by real estate investors.

4. Pre-Launch Promos.

As the name implies, this promo too can be used to purchase plots of land at affordable prices. Usually in this promo the real estate companies offer a fraction of the price as discount to their buyers before the estate is officially launched. At the launch date, the price of the land increases to the actual price.

We currently have an estate in Epe going on this promo (offer valid while stocks last)
If you are interested in this promo? Let's talk.

5. We have seen situations where some real estate companies combine number 1 and 2 mentioned above. This is a great type of promo option for new buyers who would like to acquire land with payment spread over as much as 24 months or more and at 20% to 30% discount off.
It all depends on what suits your needs.

Which of these promo types would you consider and why?

Areas in Lagos to buy Affordable land...

When we hear Lagos, one would think of a metropolitan city with hustle and bustle. Yes Lagos is all that and more, yet, can one get affordable land in Lagos?

Although, there are other areas but I will focus on these 3 areas in Lagos to buy affordable land.

1. Epe.
Many people do not know Epe is in Lagos State, okay maybe they do know but are not aware of the economic growth value attached to the city of Epe. Epe is fast becoming a mega hub. why? You might want to ask. The major reason is the development coming to Epe and the government presence in Epe currently will only continue to increase the growth potential of this coastal city. If as an investor, you don't have your eyes on Epe, it is time to move in.

2. Ikorodu.
Another area of Lagos State to get affordable land is Ikorodu. As more people migrate from the mainland to Ikorodu and its environs, the cost of land and development will continue to go up. Ikorodu will continue to enjoy gradual growth over time. With the proposed 4th mainland bridge and the Jetty, one can easily link the island from Ikorodu within 45min. Ikorodu is gradually becoming more attractive to new investors.

3. Badagry.
The quiet town of Badagry is another area of Lagos State one can buy affordable land. Although, it looks like nothing much is happening in Badagry at the moment but when mainland becomes more congested, people will begin to occupy outlands or coastal lands. Why not buy and wait for people to migrate to you?
Of course, Badagry has its potentials too.

Don't forget to carry out your due diligence before you commit to buying any property.

For affordable land in Epe, let's talk.
