It was such an eye opener today @ the wfmc ac, too many girls though in the morning session, just about 4 guys... For future reference - workforce assessment centre is really brain tasking. U will write anoda test in 15min, solve a case study and present ur solution to an assesor after writing it out in form of an essay, u will have an interview that's based solely on different scenarios, no personality questions, den u and ur group will provide solution to a task in 35min, and expect additional scenarios while u r still trying to solve d initial one. I wish myself and everyone Success. |
