I'm reminding Nigerians to be careful with patronizing JUMIA for anything....... my experience and that of other people with them are undesirable!!!
I can imagine how heart broken I would have been if the cost of the items I ordered from them is in tens/hundreds of thousands......... JUMIA IS A NIGHTMARE!!!

This is the second time I'm making a post about the same fraudulent activities of jumia. I've been provoked beyond limit of endurance by the shamless and fraudulent actions of JUMIA.
I posted about A BINATONE PRESSING IRON and MASTER CHEF BLENDER which I ordered from JUMIA about two months ago. Both items are found obsolete but the pressing iron is worse. I complained to them and returned the pressing iron for a change to a new/better one.
JUMIA returned the same faulty/fake Binatone pressing iron to me three times telling lies that they have changed it to a good one. It's very PATHETIC that a brand like JUMIA can stoop this LOW over an item that costs about 6000/7000 naira.
I eventually rejected the pressing iron the third time they returned the "same faulty one" I demand a refund of my money.
Can you imagine that JUMIA still brought the same package of faulty BINATONE PRESSING IRON to me the 4th time instead of refunding me( as their delivery man promised the third time he brought the appliance).
I promise they will pay for damages based on the discomfort and frustration they caused me.
IF YOU NEED PEACE OF MIND DON'T PATRONIZE JUMIA FOR ANY THING!!!!! TRY OTHER ONLINE STORES LIKE KONGA!!!!

Let's be realistic here in jumia u see pressing iron ranging from 1200 to about 20k, when u go for something cheap what do u expect,if u got something different from the product picture uploaded then that's a different case.

I'm pleased by your constructive contribution to this issue. I'm a civilized, rational and considerate person and I know the implications of false/unjust slandering of the image of an individual/organization.
I must indicate here that I've taken all diplomatic steps to make JUMIA change this obviously faulty appliance but they brought back the same faulty item twice and claimed that they have changed/fixed it.
Moreover the blender I ordered with the pressing iron was a Chinese product but they brought an obsolete Master Chef brand which can hardly blend pepper well!
I didn't make any case over the blender but I can't lose on both items!
The Binatone pressing iron cost 6000/7000 naira and the Blender cost about the same amount.......

My experience with the pressing iron and blender I ordered from JUMIA is frustrating and disappointing....... The items supplied didn't meet the order and are obsolete/fake! I complained and returned the pressing Iron but JUMIA brought back the same FAKE/FAULTY item twice after it was rejected! It's highly unfortunate that a brand like JUMIA is this DECEPTIVE/DUBIOUS!
I know several other people who have similar experiences by ordering from JUMIA.....

Your devices should be more affordable! I need a note 10.1 2014 edition and I'm ready to get one but your offer is just not affordable enough for nairaland! Even SLOT sells new one for around 102k.....

I'm quite interested in your note 8.0 but you're not realistic with your price! I sold my 3 months old note 8.0 for 38k to get a note 3 at slot! Even SLOT will sell brand new note 8 for less than 70k!!! I hope you know the tab S series are about to be released! They are more functional and up to date!
