Dubious/fraudulent Jumia by quadrixp(m): 7:47pm On Jun 28, 2018 |
This is a vital call to All NIGERIANS! BEWARE OF THE FRAUD CALLED JUMIA! The fear of JUMIA is the beginning of wisdom....... I know JUMIA will have several propagandists to make false claims on their behalf! However, this is real. My experience with the pressing iron and blender I ordered from JUMIA is frustrating and disappointing....... The items supplied didn't meet the order and are obsolete/fake! I complained and returned the pressing Iron but JUMIA brought back the same FAKE/FAULTY item twice after it was rejected! It's highly unfortunate that a brand like JUMIA is this DECEPTIVE/DUBIOUS! I know several other people who have similar experiences by ordering from JUMIA..... 1 Like |

You just came here and be shouting beware of jumia. As if you have been expecting them to mess up so you can come here and disturb us. What you expect is what you get. What about thank you for the blender. 1 Like |

millomaniac: Leave him to his opinion joor.... Were you d 1 who paid for ORDER, how come you know he got wat he exepected?? If he ordered something and got a faulty/fake item then he has a case against JUMIA and you're expecting him to say thank you for wat he paid for, if you can't help him just pass rada dan acting like 1 of their agents 2 Likes |

millomaniac:I'm not surprised by your reaction to my post...... not all humans are rational thinkers. If you have nothing to gain from the post, then you ignore it...... You are either one of those JUMIA AGENTS or just unconcerned because you have not experienced such! 1 Like |

quadrixp: Sorry if you got offended. I just get irritated when someone is in a hurry to taint someone or company over trivial things or maybe something that is partly your fault. It is only you that knows what transpired but Your story is strange, Return exactly the same defective iron 2 consecutive times? Over the course of how long. Did you ask for a refund and they refused? . Did you report to their customer service? Why did you finally accept the defective iron? 1 Like |

Let's be realistic here in jumia u see pressing iron ranging from 1200 to about 20k, when u go for something cheap what do u expect,if u got something different from the product picture uploaded then that's a different case. |

jumia is fast turning into a fraudulent org. I had a similar experience with them a couple of months back & I've since stopped patronising them! *@ op, IGNORE THEIR PAID AGENTS /COHORTS here! #PATHETIC FILTH! |

elbuzzy:I'm pleased by your constructive contribution to this issue. I'm a civilized, rational and considerate person and I know the implications of false/unjust slandering of the image of an individual/organization. I must indicate here that I've taken all diplomatic steps to make JUMIA change this obviously faulty appliance but they brought back the same faulty item twice and claimed that they have changed/fixed it. Moreover the blender I ordered with the pressing iron was a Chinese product but they brought an obsolete Master Chef brand which can hardly blend pepper well! I didn't make any case over the blender but I can't lose on both items! The Binatone pressing iron cost 6000/7000 naira and the Blender cost about the same amount....... |
