Business Analyst:

 Ability to document both functional and technical requirements from diverse sources.
 Strong oral and written communication skills.
 Candidate must possess strong analytical skills
 Ability to identify, clarify and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed.
 Experience in developing use cases.
 Experience with testing tools is a plus.
 Experience with Rational tools is a plus
 Must possess personal competencies, which include problem solving, adaptability, organizational skills, self-development, teamwork. Must be able to adapt quickly.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, strong skills in MS Office tools.
