Good day Nairalanders, I need your good advice on this matter, about 10 months ago, I paid for two prepaid meters, one was installed in my rental property and the other one in my shopping complex.

I just went to those properties this morning for inspection, I was shocked, the two prepaid meters I paid for with my hard earned money have been bypassed by my tenants.

I have been a long time visitor on this forum, I had to open an account because of this issue, so as to get a reasonable advice, because I want to deal with this matter decisively.

I was thinking of reporting to the Disco, but it could be tantamount to shooting myself on the leg. I was really pissed off, with the huge amount of money I paid to procure those meters. Tenants are very quick to label their landlords as evil, but what other name can we call this act of sabotage on the part of the Tenants.

Please, i need good advice on how to deal with this issue, I trust you all my fellow Nairalanders.
