does anyone know about 0800 REVERSE

ah yeah yeah, nike someone called us sometime ago n used it, we didnt know we are the one responsible for the bill. so there was a day my dad came back from work n saw a letter from bt, i mean the telephone bill, he was like how come my bill is this much, so he requested for the information bout the bill. so they wrote everything, the person that called us, when he called and the amount he used, so as from that day whenever i hear you have a reversed call from so so so... hun i will never pick it up...

I'm thinking, Yeah im happy now, the person already apologised.......
