I'm sorry, I can feel ur pain.You should've registered 4 jamb or taken coc form since u didn't meet d merit cut off.Since ur agg.is quite high, applying 4 coc would've increased ur chances of being admitted.

However to avoid heart breaking stories I went to Bowen to study Law and now am in 2nd semester 100lvl. However I was thinking of going to UI and cross over to Law in 200lvl am currently confused what do you think I should do

Hmm,dis is really complicated. But I think u shud go with ur heart.As 4 crossing over,candidates end up not crossing cos it isn't as easy as dat.It's up to u to make a decision

The nasu strike is still on,so I guess there'll be no one to attend to u.A friend of mine went there last two wks.and he said d admissions office were closed.
