Another issue crop up.
Did i have enough tomato to fill the bus?

What do i do?
I told my manager ' please discuss with the other tomato farmers(even though they have different varieties) if they will allow me to take theirs along with mine to the market.
He came back to give me price
Guess what?
The price has increase to N800.
Unbelievable but yes.
Okay I will give them N600 per basket.
With pleading, argument and whatever, they eventually agreed.
So begins my tomato journey to Lagos

Butter icing is not a type of icing..their are two fundamental types which is Fondant and Royal..butter icing is a sub-class method under Royal icing.

Are u a proffesional baker? Where is ur base.

Nah is not compulsory..it is only to hinder the spatula from getting stuck with the icing..it stinks anyways, that is why I prefer butter in royal icing

Once u use butter it becomes butter icing no more royal

To me fondant is d easiest. Royals is complicated and messy.

Yes that is why I said little..depending on the quantity of the icing...11ml water, 8ml egg white to 450 grams icing powder is cool.

Besides I hate egg white in icing they stink
I prefer just little water and butter.

I don't use royal icing because I hate eggs, I use fondant all d way.

I know of butter but not water, I've never tried water on royal icing, but for fondant I use water. So what is d proportion of water to d egg white.
