I sold funds to you, you paid half for $338 and refused to pay for the other $151. I told the owner of the funds, they reported your PayPal account for fraud and charged back his funds.

One received $338 and refused to pay the money complete, and according to you, the guy dropped 110k instead of my 174k. When I asked he kept insisting that the vendor say na wetin them see collect inside my money be that.

The second vendor received $151 and sent series of voice notes to me insulting me for sending such a small amount to the account and insisted he won't pay me for it. I asked him to refund the funds, he refused and Leebliss13 told me that the vendor said he won't pay for my $151, that it was Too Small !!

Anyone dealing with Leebliss13 is doing so at his/her own risk. He is a scammer and looking for preys to devour.

Leebliss13 chatted me a long time ago, asked me to work with him on Australian transfers, which thankfully, none pulled through.

Fast forward to yesterday, I went to him and collected PayPal tag, $338 was sent to the guy at the rate of 515/$, and total was supposed to be around 174k in Naira. He insisted and paid me 110k and told me that was all he got from his vendor. Say the vendor talk say na wetin them see collect inside my $338.
Okay, refund money back to sender, him dey tell me story say the vendor don use the funds.

This is just a warning for everyone that wants deal with this guy called Leebliss13. Deal with him at your own risk because he sure say na half money him go drop after the deal.
