Dear Oluwatobi Oluwatosin of Touchstone Design Solutions,

It is quite clear now that you have no regard or Integrity anymore. I have been calling you since Wednesday, the 3rd of August when you were supposed to begin works on my site as agreed. You have refused to pick you call till today but when called with another another number, you pick the call at first ring.

You have until the end of Monday, 8th of August, 2022 to deploy materials and workers to my site and commence the work I have partly paid for. If not possible, kindly refund the sum of Four Hundred Thousand Naira to me before the end of day, 8th of August, 2022.

Failure to do this, I will report you to the police and take action against your business.
