Some people are hypocrites, so to say. You are either a virgin or non virgin by choice not by force... Morals and Religion are two different things. We should learn to take responsibilities for our actions instead of blaming it on religion or culture.
I'll only remain a virgin if I want to not because my parent or pastor say so and I'll have pre marital sex because I feel like.
That's why puberty comes with maturity, cos at that time we can take decisions on our own.
Sin or no sin, we are all born sinners and what we don't know is that some so called little sin are worst than pre marital sex.
